Austin Spencer

REALTOR®

Meet Austin Spencer, a dynamic professional who brings a unique blend of experience in both the mortgage and real estate industries. As a licensed Mortgage Broker since 2018 and a real estate agent since 2020, Austin represents the third generation in his family to pursue a career in these fields, following in the footsteps of his father and grandfather, who held prominent positions in Vancouver's real estate community.

Austin's early years were spent on Vancouver's prestigious West Side, where he was born and raised. He attended the University of British Columbia (UBC), where he not only focused on academics but also played football, showcasing his dedication and determination both on and off the field.

After completing his studies at UBC, Austin embarked on a different path, joining ING Bank in a finance role that involved working with developers. However, his adventurous spirit yearned for something more, leading him to pursue his dream of becoming a professional wrestler with the WWE (World Wrestling Entertainment). Though initially turned down, Austin's resilience and passion led him to try again, and this time, he succeeded, earning a place on the NXT program, a highly popular wrestling platform.

Despite his success in the wrestling industry, Austin felt the call to return home. Seeking a new challenge that would allow him to utilize his skill set and knowledge, he transitioned into the mortgage industry, recognizing its perfect alignment with his expertise. The mortgage world provided him with an opportunity to embrace challenges head-on and assist clients in navigating the ever-changing landscape of mortgage rates and financing options.

Currently, Austin resides in the picturesque community of Fort Langley with his wife, Heather, and their two sons. Together, they have created a loving and nurturing environment in this idyllic setting, allowing Austin to fully focus on his clients' needs and guide them through the complexities of the mortgage process.

With Austin Spencer as your Mortgage Broker, you can expect a dynamic and results-driven approach. His wealth of experience, coupled with his love for challenges, enables him to find creative solutions and secure favorable mortgage rates for his clients.
